Bandicoot that is.

Fans of the classic platformer are to be rewarded for their patience as not one but three classic Crash games are to get re-released for the Playstation 4. An announcement at E3 stated that Crash Bandicoot, Crash bandicoot 2: Wrath of Cortex and Crash 3: Warped will all be making their way to PS4.

When rumours of this first surfaced I was more excited than anyone, example of my excitement can be found here:

I will be looking forward to this more than most but it’ll be interesting to see how this becomes available and in what sort of price range. It would be fantastic to have all three games in a collection on disc but I suspect the games may only be released as digital only.

So it’s not quite the new Crash game we were hoping for but still great news for fans like myself and for a new generation, who will have yet to experience these excellent games. Although we’ve not been given a specific release date by Sony, the game should be released sometime in 2017.
