ONE WRONG STEP, YOU DIE! – Shenmue 2 | Part 10

Welcome to a FULL playthrough of Sega’s greatest fracnhise and indeed possibly the best game ever made, a timeless classic from the Dreamcast, Shenmue 2.

Finally we know where Yuanda is, so it’s straight off to the Ghost Hall Building to find him. When we get there we realise the building is falling apart and the only way to get to the 10th floor is to balance our way across a lot of planks VERY high up where one wrong step and we’re fall to our doom.

When we reach the 10th floor, there is a door into Yuanda’s business, the Five Star Corp. Inside we must have 3 keys to go along with the one Zhang gave us to open a secret passage and finally come face to face with Yuanda.

Just as we start to chat with him we find out Yuan and Dou Niu have followed us here!! We get thrown out the window and his gang run off with Yuanda before we can do anything. Just as Dou Niu is about to finish us off, Lishao Tao comes to our rescue again. 3 days later Lishao Tao tells us more about her brother and how she doesn’t want us to follow an evil path like he did.

Joy tells us that Yuanda has been taken to the Yellow Head Building so that he can be handed over to the head of the Chiyoumen… Lan Di

We attempt to get into the Yellow Head Building via the 3 different entrances but the way is barred at each one, then Ren appears but he is no help. After leaving a cha wan sign at a cafe we get told to go to room 503 of the Moonchild Building. Inside room 503 we meet the blind musician again and spar with him in the darkness, only to find out he is not blind, and he is a martial artist who knew our father. He suggests that the only way to get into the building is to impress a scout who goes around watching street fights to find potential new members for the Chiyoumen.
