MEETING A TAI CHI MASTER – Shenmue 2 | Part 2

Today we’re gonna be meeting a Tai Chi master on our way to find Lishao Tao in the Yan Tin Apartments.

Welcome to a FULL playthrough of Sega’s greatest fracnhise and indeed possibly the best game ever made, a timeless classic from the Dreamcast, Shenmue 2.

Thankfully we got our backpack back last time after having it stolen by Wong… just a shame all of our money is missing!!

Wong gave us some directions to the Come Over Guest House where a guy should be able to direct us to the Yan Tin Apartments. Along the way we’re gonna bump inot Joy again who tells us we can get a discount at the Come Over Guest House if we mention her name, we’re totally broke now though after getting mugged so Joy says she’ll meet us at 8am tomorrow to get us a job.

We get ourselves set up with a room for the night at Come Over Guest Night, pop over to the Green Market Pawnshop to raise a bit of money and help a guy straighten up the sign for his shop.

First thing next morning we’re going for a ride with joy down to the docks where she gets us a job moving crates. After a morning’s work we head off to the Yan Tin Apartments but along the way we meet Jianmin, a Tai Chi master. At the Yan Tin Apartments, we knock at room 205 but get told Lishao Tao doesn’t live there anymore, they moved somewhere called Man Mo something but we’ll have to try to find that next time.

Volunteer writer, poor mans excuse for a grown up, and certified panther rider... I'm told I have far too many consoles that i'm convinced come to life and have endless series comedy capers when the house is empty. Sort of like Toy Story, but really poorly written and every character is voiced by Jai Courtney... a bit like that...
