Today we found out that Lan Di is still in Japan!!

Welcome to a FULL playthrough of Sega’s greatest game and indeed possibly the best game ever made, a timeless classic from the Dreamcast, Shenmue.

We begin again dreaming of the Phoenix Mirror before heading off to work again and winning the forklift morning race. I show off my capsule collection and then get jumped again in a warehouse by the Mad Angels. Once I beat them up, we get a little more info, that the Mad Angels usually hang out round the back of warehouse 17.

The only homeless man tells me more about how to make the most of the Shadow Step with a deadly strike to the neck called Shadow Blade. He also tells us that the Mad Angels hang around warehouse 18 near the Tomato Convenience Store at night sometimes.

Round the back of warehouse 17 we find Mark getting attacked again and we need to save him. Once we get Mark to safety he tells us all about how he’s looking for his brother that he thinks the Mad Angels may have killed, and he knows the Mad Angels are doing a black market deal with a Chinese cartel.

At work the following day we meet up with Eri who takes a photo of Nozomi and Ryo as a momento because Nozomi is leaving for Canada soon.

After work we head to warehouse 18 like the old man suggested where we bump into Charlie again from the tattoo parlour before doing a big QTE and then a big free battle.

After our showdown with Charlie, he tells us that there’s a big deal going on, Lan Di is still in Japan and Charlie is in charge of providing transport for Lan Di to get to Hong Kong.

Just before we head off to bed we bump into Father Christmas in Dobuita.
