Capcom has officially announced that the original Dead Rising series — Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The word comes from a recently given statement to Eurogamer, which states that they “will be bringing Dead Rising to Xbox One, PS4 and PC. In addition, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will make their way onto Xbox One and PS4. We will have more news to share soon.”

Earlier this week Dead Rising’s trophy list for the PlayStation platform leaked indicating that some sort of port or remaster of the game was heading our way. Only a couple days later Capcom made the official statement.

There is still no word or whether or not that the re-released versions will be a port or a full remaster. In addition, there has been no release window for the game. Perhaps Capcom will have an announcement during this year’s Gamescom, which takes place next month.
