Zoo Tycoon meets Temple Run in new innovative runner Rodeo Stampede

Rodeo Stampede – iOS, Android 23rd June

The App and Google play store are awash with Temple Run rip offs every since the success of the original game but there are still many great great endless runners out there and Yodo1 Games’ new mobile game seems to be taking a new innovative approach.

They’ve taken bright lush graphics in the squared off Minecraft style, that is very popular at the moment, and created a 3D top down runner that allows the player to ride various animals before they get agitated and try to chuck you off.

Players can jump from animal to animal as they try to free themselves of the stampede they’ve been cannoned into. What’s more is you can actually tame the animals and take them back to your Sky Zoo. This splits the game into a management type as you can showcase your new animal friends to the public and earn from admission tickets as the customers pour in.

Coins earned can be used to expand the Sky Zoo and upgrade the animal enclosures to help keep the animals happy. Happy animals equals happy customers equals more coins in your pocket.

Having the ability to switch between endless runner to catch your animals and then play around with your zoo brings 2 really effective game styles together that looks like it’s going to be very effective and really fun.

Anyways you can’t go wrong with giving it a blast as Rodeo Stampede will be released as Free to Play with some optional microtransactions.

Yodo1 have already released a soft copy of the game in the following countries Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden, Canada, Ireland, the Philippines and Mexico on Android and the official release for the full iOS version is 23rd June 2016.

Adventure and RPG fan, I'm still waiting for a game to rival Baldur's Gate. Apart from working on the site, I'm a full time geek that occasionally likes to look out the window.
